At Hopoffers, customer satisfaction is important to us. We accept return requests only in the following cases:
Damaged product received
Defective item received
Wrong product delivered
Missing parts/accessories (if reported promptly)
Customers must report return issues within 48 hours of delivery by email or support contact.
Late requests may not be accepted.
To approve a return:
Product must be unused
Product should be in original packaging
Tags/manuals/accessories must be included
Clear photos/videos are required as proof
Returns are not accepted for:
Change of mind
Wrong size selected by customer
Color variation due to screen display
Used products
Damaged after use
Personalized/custom items (if any)
Once the returned product is inspected and approved:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
Refunds are issued to original payment method or store credit
COD refunds may require bank details
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation may not be possible
Hopoffers is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or public restrictions.
