Returns and Exchanges
Aje offers several return options. All items that have been purchased at full price or by pre-order are eligible for a refund or e-Boutique credit.
Any items that have been purchased on mark down, sale or promotion are only eligible for an e-Boutique credit.
Exchanges can only be made in-store at an Aje boutique. If the exchange item you’re looking for is in-store, you will be able to process an exchange on-site. However, if the exchange item is not available in-store, you must return your item for a credit note.
